This terms and conditions aims for the online-shop and selling of the corporation – Fischerauer Feinstes GmbH – to the actually terms you will see below.
Contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from vinegar.at, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an e-mail confirmation too. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Confirmation E-mail to you. If a product is not available at the moment, we will send an e-mail to you, that the product could not be delivered yet and we will deliver it later.
Prices and availability
We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
Terms of shipping
The terms of shipping are taken from you, when you order. The shipping way and shipping price could be taken directly at the order.
Terms of payment
If there is no other contract between you and us, every invoice must be paid directly after the order. Payments must be done to the bank account at the invoice without any drawback. Credit cards will be charged at the day before shipping.
Right of withdrawal
The Austrian Law for Consumer protection § 5 and EU act 2011/83/EU legal requirement allows to cancel a purchase within 14 (fourteen) working days without any reason. You only have to send a fax (++4331132348) or a call (same number), or an email (office@essig.at) with the form to our corporation and send back the goods to your costs, if we have shipped the goods already. We take returns for 30 days, of unopened and not used products. If you have got an unwanted product, send immediately an e-mail to our corporation.

Retention of title
All goods will be at our ownership, till they are totally paid.
Warranty and liability
Defective goods must be sent back to our corporation. If it is impossible to send it back, there must be sent a digital photo to us. We commit to send a new product without any charging.
Copyright and database right
All content included on the website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of vinegar.at and its affiliates or its content suppliers and is protected by Austrian and international copyright and database right laws. The compilation of all content on this website is the exclusive property of vinegar.at and its affiliates and is protected by Austrian and international copyright and database right laws. You also may not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial (eg our prices and product listings) parts of this website without vinegar`s written consent.
Privacy
We protect your privacy. All information you give to us will not be given to third parties. The information is stored to make your orders as easy as possible. The customer accepts, that all information, which is given to our corporation is processed automatically and stored at a database. Our online shop IP address is 91.118.50.48, all communication with the URL https://secure.essig.at/ is secured with SSL.
Place of justice
Place of justice is Gleisdorf. All law suits must be done at Austrian law.
