This smooth, thick balsamic vinegar extra from Italy is made from Trebbiano grapes grown around Modena in the Emilia-Romagna region. A wonderfully sweet delight with beautifully integrated acidity. This vinegar exhibits the same density as a “traditional” balsamic, but at a much more affordable price point.
