Description
White Wine Balsamic Vinegar – The Bright Elegance of the Grape
Our White Wine Balsamic Vinegar combines the zesty freshness of a first-class white wine with the concentrated mildness of a noble balsam. It is the perfect choice for connoisseurs who appreciate a harmonious sweet-and-sour balance without compromising the clear visual presentation of their dishes. Through gentle processing, the delicate, floral bouquet of the white wine grape is fully preserved.
This White Wine Balsam (0.25 l bottle) is based on an oak-aged Grüner Veltliner wine vinegar, refined with concentrated grape juice. Its golden-yellow color adds a special touch of sophistication to your meals. Its flavor is persistently fruity with pleasant juice aromas from the concentrated grape must, leading into a distinctly sweet finish. We recommend this White Wine Balsamic for all Italian dishes, as well as for white meats and robust salads. Oil recommendation: Olive oil.
Ingredients: White wine vinegar, grape juice concentrate (33%) – contains sulfites from the winemaking process.

Expert Knowledge:
White wine balsamic is often mistakenly equated with standard “Condimento Bianco.” However, our product is distinguished by artisanal maturation: we eschew industrial rapid-production methods and give the vinegar the time it needs to develop its natural density. The result is a balsam that doesn’t “burn like vinegar” but instead elevates the inherent flavors of your ingredients.
