Description

This Sherry vinegar is made from the grape Palomina with the traditional way of vinegar fermentation at Jerez (Spain). It is stored in a 20 year old Solera barrel system. Its brown colour and wonderful sherry taste are typical. The vinegar is perfect for all types of Spanish or Mexican cooking, for Salads and Sauces and for dips. Use it canny, the acidity is high.
