This Red Wine Balsam (0.25 l bottle) is based on an oak-aged Zweigelt red wine vinegar, refined with concentrated grape juice. Its deep, dark red color adds a vibrant touch to your dishes, while its flavor is persistently fruity with a subtle, dry spice and a distinctly sweet finish. We recommend this balsam for all Italian dishes, as well as for dark meats and robust salads. Oil recommendation: Olive oil or Pumpkin seed oil.
