A classic among mustards redefined. Jausensenf with tarragon results in an aromatic, spicy mustard. On the palate, a fine mustard sharpness combined with the spiciness of French tarragon. This aromatic mustard is perfect for snacks, refines sauces and spreads and can of course also be used in the preparation of fine dishes such as roast pork or roulades.
