Our Manicardi Le Tonde truly lives up to its name: it is a “round,” perfectly balanced composition from the House of Manicardi. Matured in the sun-drenched hills of Castelvetro, this balsamic combines the signature sweetness of cooked grape must with a pleasantly zesty note of wine vinegar. While less heavy than the aged Reserva varieties, it is all the more vibrant and versatile—a balsamic that brings perfect equilibrium to every dish with its refined fruitiness.
